Greek Crock Pot Chicken & Bone Broth Rice

This is tasty, easy, healthy AND high protein!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of boneless chicken breasts (or boneless thighs could work too!)

  • 1 bottle of Primal Kitchen Greek dressing/marinade

  • White rice (I like Lundberg organic)

  • Chicken Bone Broth (1 box is enough unless you’re making a ton of rice.)

  • Reserved broth from crock pot for half the liquid amount needed for rice

  • Veggies of choice (I do steamed broccoli)

Assembly:

Cook chicken for 4-5 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low by dumping entire bottle over chicken in the crock pot. Once you’re 20 minutes away from dinner time cook your rice using 1/2 the crock pot broth and the remaining amount from chicken bone broth. While rice cooks, shred your chicken. Cook any veggie for the side but steamed microwave on the stovetop or microwave easily cooks in 7-8 minutes. Super easy to pull together and was entire family approved!
